Raphael II Ward members celebrated “Ward Day” programme on 24th November 2019 at 6:00 PM at the residence of Mrs. Anna Maria Dsouza.
Parish priest Rev. Fr. William Menezes, Assistant parish priest Rev. Fr. Denzil Lobo, Vice President of Parish Pastoral council Mr. Roshan Patrao, animator of Small Christian community Mrs. Jyothi Dias were present on this occasion.
The program began with a prayer service led by Mrs Leena Dcunha and other ward members. Gurkar of the Ward Mrs. Ida Dmello welcomed the gathering. On this occasion, along with the ward members parish priest Rev. Fr. William Menezes felicitated Mr Shivappa, the postman of the locality for his invaluable service. After this Mr Shivapppa thanked the ward members and Fr. William addressed the gathering and well wished the ward members.
Elders and children of the ward performed games, dance and other cultural program and entertained the gathering. Ms Adlin Dmello and Mrs Gretta Lobo mastered the ceremony.
Almost 100 ward members were present for the celebration and Mr Robert Dsouza proposed the vote of thanks. The program concluded with a dinner
