WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATED AT GUARDIAN ANGEL CHURCH

Mother, daughter, wife, grandmother…these are some of the words that come to our mind when we think of women. Yes, women are indispensable part of our life. Fighting against all odds – and sometimes risking her life – a woman brings us to this world. She bestows upon us her unconditional love. The sleepless nights she spent when we were sick are countless. Once confined to the house, today women have crossed all boundaries and even reached the space. Think of any field and today we see women there taking the leading role. With their contribution to the society in various fields, innumerable women have made themselves a force to reckon and taken India’s name to newer heights.

International Women’s Day, celebrated on 8th March, is a fitting tribute to our unsung heroes that brighten our lives and have made this earth a happier place to live.
