March 7: Women’s Day was celebrated at Angelore Church by the Parish Women’s Association. Rev. Fr. William Menezes, the parish priest was the guest of honour. The Asst. Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Flavian Lobo, co-ordinator Sr. Lorna D’Souza, Mrs. Lolina D’Souza Secretary of the parish pastoral parishad, Sunitha D’Souza President and the members of the association were present at eh programme. The meritorious children were felicitated for their achievement in the studies. Members of the Association performed singing, skit and dance. Spot games were conducted by member Smt. Jyothi Diaz. The whole program was beautifully hosted by Doreen Pinto. President of the association Smt. Sunitha D’Souza welcomed the gathering, the annual report was read by Secretary Flossy Menezes and Maria thanked the gathering. The programme was concluded with refreshments.
