On 10th October 2024, the members of St. Raphael Ward II gathered at the residence of Francis-Gretta Lobo to celebrate the Ward Day. The programme commenced at 6.30 p.m. The ward members marched into the venue with the procession of the Holy Bible. The celebrations began with prayer. 7 shining stars of the ward who had obtained distinction in academics were felicitated. The gathering was entertained with songs, dance, comedy skit and games. The programme concluded with fellowship meals and baila dance. Parish Priest, Socius Priest, Deacon Br. Jeevan Lobo, President and Secretary of the PPC, Coordinator of Parish Commissions and Convener of SCC graced the occasion. Mrs. Ida D’Mello, Gurkar of the ward welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Leena D’Cunha proposed the Vote of Thanks. Liana Lobo and Prajwitha compèred the programme. 85 members of the ward participated in the celebrations.
