In continuance with its efforts to achieve maximum voting during elections, the Angelore unit of Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh ® organised Voter ID Campaign on 26th February 2023 at the Golden Jubilee Memorial Hall at 8.30 a.m.
Various voter ID related services were extended to more than 100 people. Mr. J. R. Lobo, former MLA, visited the venue and appreciated the initiative taken by Catholic Sabha.
Mr. Rajesh Misquith, Convener of Political Affairs, led the campaign. Mr. Valerian Pinto, Mr. Clement Mascrenhas, Mrs. Tressy Mascarenhas, Mrs. Renita Vas, Mr. Joseph D’Souza and Mr. Albert Lasrado provided logistic support. Owing to the overwhelming response from the public, the campaign was extended up to 1.30 p.m.
The public requested to conduct this campaign frequently for the benefit of the general public, especially the youth.
