The Guardian Angel Ward celebrated the feast of Nativity at the residence of Mr. Alwyn D’Souza on the evening of 10th September 2023. A prayer service was held and flowers were offered to Mother Mary singing hymns. Rev. Fr Gerald Pinto, Assistant Parish Priest; Mr. Paul Rodrigues, Vice President of the Parish Pastoral Council; Ms. Renita Menezes, Coordinator of 21 Pastoral Commissions; two sisters from the convent; and local corporator were present. Games were conducted to entertain the gathering. Around 100 members of the ward along with guests from the neighbouring wards were present. The programme concluded with sumptuous vegetarian meal which is characteristic of the Feast.
