The faithful of Guardian Angel Church, Angelore, gathered in large numbers on September 27, 2026, to devoutly observe the Confraternity Sunday, marking a spiritual prelude to their annual parish feast. The evening was marked by solemn liturgical celebrations, inspiring reflections, and a massive public demonstration of faith.
Solemn Concelebrated Eucharist
The spiritual observance commenced at 5:30 PM with a solemn Eucharist. Rev. Fr Boniface Pinto, Spiritual Director of Divya Dhama – Karnataka Regional Propaedeutic Seminary, concelebrated the Eucharistic celebration with Rev. Fr Fredrick Monteiro, Parish Priest; Rev. Fr Avil Santhmayor, Assistant Parish Priest; and Rev. Fr Raymond Santhanza, OCD.
Following the Mass, the observance spilled out into the streets by parishioners actively and devoutly participated in the Eucharistic Procession. Walking in prayerful unison, the faithful accompanied the Blessed Sacrament from Guardian Angel Church all the way to the Capitanio School Campus, turning the neighbourhood into a living testament of communal worship, reverence, and spiritual renewal.
