Guardian Angel’s church, Angelore organized Baal Angelore - 2019 to sparkle up the young and energetic talents of the little ones, on December 25th , 2019 at 6 PM. Mrs. Joyce D’Souza welcomed the gathering. God's blessings were invoked by singing Christmas Carol’s by Mother Theresa Ward members.
21 contestants showcased their talents in the first round, out of which 12 were qualified for the second round, and furthermore 6 out of them were qualified for the final round. All the contestants were given away participation certificates and gifts.
Addressing the gathering parish priest Rev Fr William Menezes expressed his happiness and joy. Mr Maxim Dsouza, Baal Angelore organising Committee head and Mr. Stany Mascarenhas, the host of the contest were honored.
The judges being Mr. Santosh Misquith, Mrs. Agnes Dotty Pinto, Mrs. Meera Dsouza were felicitated. Mrs. Agnes Dotty Pinto shared her experience of judging the smart little ones.
Noel Lobo was crowned as the winner of Baal Angelore 2019. Jenelia Dorel Saldanha and Cynle Jessica D’Souza secured the second and third place respectively.
Apart from this, the parishioners came up with various cultural programs which included jokes and dance. Mr. Joseph Pinto proposed the vote of thanks. Ms Riona Fernandes beautifully compered the event.
Overall the event was a grand success.
