Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten season and is a solemn reminder of human mortality and the need for reconciliation with God.
The parishioners of Guardian Angel church observed Ash Wednesday on 14th February 2024. Holy Eucharist was celebrated at 6.30 a.m., 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. During the mass sign of cross with ash was marked on their foreheads. The Faithful gathered in large number in preparation for the season of penance.
