The Angelore Chapter of Third Order of St. Francis celebrated its annual day on Saturday, 5th October 2024. The celebrations began with Holy Eucharist at 5.00 p.m. This was followed by a cultural programme at the Golden Jubilee Memorial Hall. Parish Priest Rev. Fr Fredrick Monteiro, Socius Priest Rev. Fr Stany Fernandes, Regional Spiritual Director (Karnataka) of the Third Order Rev. Fr Prakash Lobo, Vice President of PPC Mr. Paul Rodrigues and Secretary Mrs. Lolina D’Souza, Coordinator of Parish Commissions Ms. Renita Menezes, Regional Office Bearer Mr Alwyn Monteiro, Regional Representatives Mr. Anthony Lobo and Ms. Flany D’Souza, Unit President Mrs. Cynthia Rosario were present on the dais. Mrs. Cynthia Rosario welcomed the gathering and Mrs. Sunitha D’Souza read the annual report. In his message to the gathering, the Parish Priest elaborated on the proximity he has with St. Francis Assisi. He also thanked the spiritual service rendered by the members. Rev. Fr Prakash Lobo also addressed the gathering.
To entertain the gathering, a comedy skit and games were conducted. Mr. Denis D’Souza gave the vote of thanks. Mrs. Savitha Rodrigues and Mrs. Leena D’Souza compèred the programme. The programme concluded with refreshments.
